This is the replacement forehead pad for the Respironics Profile Lite Gel mask and is available in small or large.
The small size spacer is included with the petite and small masks; the large size spacer is included with the medium/small and larger size masks. Either size spacer will fit into the bracket on any mask. The large size is deeper than the small.
