The newest model in the S9 series, now offer climate control. This innovative feature allows the device to adjust accordingly to the ambient surroundings to optimize heat and humidification in the mask, according to your set preferences. The climate control also works together with the proprietary ClimateLine Heated Tubing. This tubing utilizes a thermostat built into the end of the tubing that has the capability to measure mask temperatures. This allows the tubing to heat the air to your pre-selected temperature should the temperature between the mask and humidifier fall. This effectively allows the S9 to prevent rainout due to temperature changes in the tube. The included H5i humidifier in this package also assesses temperature and humidity in the room and adjusts automatically.
The proprietary ClimateLine tubing is designed to work with the H5i humidifier to always provide you with optimum heat and humidification in the mask to ensure that no rainout occurs.
The ResMed S9 AutoSet also features the highly innovative intelligent algorithm that also includes the proprietary Easy-Breath EPR (expiratory pressure relief). Working together, these features automatically adjust pressure to ensure optimum comfort at all time. The proprietary APAP technology also allows the device to consistently monitor breathing and adapt as necessary to consistently provide the lowest therapeutic pressures. This makes therapy more comfortable for experienced patients and facilitates the entry of new patients into CPAP therapy, ensuring compliance. The S9 AutoSet can also detect whether the mask seal is sufficient with the Mask Fit option. The machine can automatically run a diagnostic test to determine if the seal is sufficient, irregardless of whether you use a full face mask, nasal mask, or nasal pillow mask.

SD storage includes graphical data and high resolution flow that the physician can analyze easily. Viewing a snapshop of the therapy session is also made more convenient by a single push info button.
